Are your products genuine?

Yes, all our products are bought straight from the brands we represent ensuring you have safe and trusted products.

How do I pay?

We offer all the most common payment options including Credit card, PayPal, Sofort banking and Klarna.

Are the creators being paid to promote the products?

We are not paying our creators to promote any specific product, instead we let them choose their favorite ones and they get a commission on the products their fans have purchased.

What about taxes?

We will take care of all the taxes required to be paid when purchasing within the EU. Outside of the EU, their might be some additional fees you will need to clear with your local customs.

How can I track my order?

All the orders are sent via registered mail and you can track them from the link shared with your shipment confirmation.

What is your return policy?

You may return the products by sending the package in its original packaging to the sender address provided with your shipment. We will refund your purchase within 7 working days.
Please note that for makeup and cosmetics we will only refund unopened packages due to hygiene reasons.
